VizCon will showcase a range of work zone, traffic control and pedestrian safety solutions at the 2026 NSC Safety Congress & Expo, taking place September 14-16 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
Located at Booth #1645, the TrafFix Devices division will feature the company’s new line of High Visibility Safety Apparel alongside products designed to improve visibility, channelization, work zone security and pedestrian protection.
Products on display will include the Block Axess Vehicle Mitigation System, Water-Wall Fence, Enviro-Cone®, Zephyr portable sign stand and Looper-Cones.
The Block Axess Vehicle Mitigation System is designed to help protect pedestrians and critical infrastructure from vehicle-based threats. Built from galvanized steel, the modular system is intended for event security, public spaces and other temporary vehicle mitigation applications, while maintaining pedestrian access. VizCon says the system can be assembled by one person in as little as 14 minutes.
The Water-Wall Fence gives TrafFix Water-Wall longitudinal channelizing devices an added perimeter security function for work zones and controlled areas. The fence is constructed with 11-gauge galvanized steel mesh and is designed to rotate with the Water-Wall system, helping crews adapt layouts on site. Gate options are also available to support controlled worker and vehicle access.
Also on display will be the Enviro-Cone®, an MUTCD-compliant channelizing device developed for roadway, utility, incident response and work zone applications. The cone features a wide-body design, an LDPE stem, a low center of gravity and is made from 80% recycled material by weight. It is also fully recyclable at the end of its service life.
For portable sign placement, the Zephyr sign stand combines a steel plate with a recycled-rubber base and molded carrying handles. The three-step setup process is designed to help crews raise the mast and secure a sign quickly in the field.
The Looper-Cone will be featured as a high-visibility option for channelizing traffic, marking work areas and supporting pedestrian or crowd-control applications. The 42-inch cone is manufactured from flexible fluorescent low-density polyethylene with UV inhibitors to help minimize fading. Its reinforced handle is designed to aid placement, stacking, storage and transport, while recessed areas help protect reflective bands from damage.
