As of October 2023, UL Solutions announced that 55 of its facilities have been recognized as Testing Sites under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) Program in the United States.
This development includes 42 facilities that were part of the Satellite Notification and Acceptance Program (SNAP), now integrated under UL LLC within the NRTL Program’s Scope of Recognition.
The NRTL program is instrumental for testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) providers like UL Solutions, allowing them to certify a range of products used in U.S.
workplaces.
