Stephanie Hovey has been promoted to Vice President of Inspection Operations from her previous role as Senior Manager of Client and Vendor Operations.
In this new position, Hovey oversees the inspection, testing and maintenance of critical fire and life safety systems.
These essential services ensure that systems are ready to perform when needed most, safeguarding lives and property.
According to Telgian, with more than 15 years of experience in customer experience, operations management and facilitation, Hovey brings deep expertise and a strong focus on customer protection to her leadership role.
Valerie Olivas has been promoted to Vice President of Repair Operations.
In this role, she will manage all repair operations for fire and life safety systems nationwide, ensuring that customer facilities remain compliant, operational and protected.
Since joining Telgian in 2007, Olivas has progressed through a variety of roles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operational and logistical challenges in the fire and life safety industry.
