Taylor’d Systems LLC, a manufacturer of firefighter training props, has announced that they have teamed up with Head Rush Technologies to integrate the TRUBLUE iQ fall protection device into its Series 12 training prop.
The Taylor’d Series 12 training prop is a versatile, mobile unit that features over 10 different training apparatuses, including a force door, force window, Denver drill, adjustable pitched roof, man hatch, confined space training area, a second-story bailout window, wall breach and more.
The TRUBLUE iQ fall protection device is designed to provide enhanced safety while firefighters train on the more complex elements of the Series 12 prop, such as the second-story bailout, adjustable pitched roof and man hatch.
The TRUBLUE iQ eliminates the risk of training injuries caused by human error, sliding ladders and faulty belays. Additionally, it is designed to help firefighter training by enabling uninterrupted, repetitive training sessions – even after a fall – thanks to its proprietary magnetic braking technology, ensuring seamless resets and continuous performance for high-intensity drills.
