Tabula has appointed aviation executive Jonathan “Gooch” Gooch as Director of Sales, North America, as the connected job and fleet management company continues to expand its presence across the United States and Canada.
Gooch brings more than 16 years of aviation and operational leadership experience to the role, with a background spanning agricultural aviation, helicopter operations, private aviation and aviation services.
The appointment comes as Tabula increases investment in the North American market, where it is growing across aerial application, mosquito control, agriculture, horticulture and emergency response. The company said adding experienced industry leaders to its US team is part of its strategy to work more closely with operators managing complex field operations.
“What drew me to Tabula is the opportunity to work with technology that solves real operational challenges,” Gooch said. “I’ve spent much of my career working alongside aviation operators and understand the importance of having the right information in the right place at the right time. I’m excited to bring that experience to Tabula and build relationships with operators across the US and Canada.”
Gooch began his career supporting his family’s aerial application business before moving into senior leadership roles in specialized aviation environments. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Northern Jet & the HeliTeam, where he provided strategic leadership across aviation businesses supporting agricultural aerial application and private aviation.
Tabula said Gooch’s operational background and industry knowledge will support customers and partners across North America as the company looks to strengthen adoption of its connected platform.

In his new role, Gooch will work with customers to connect planning, field operations and operational records through Tabula’s platform, while also expanding the company’s North American footprint and developing new industry partnerships.
