The partnership between Sciens and OSI is part of Sciens’ broader strategy to expand its footprint and enhance its service offerings nationwide.
This acquisition is expected to create new opportunities for growth and improve service delivery across New Jersey, New York, and beyond.
Sciens aims to become the largest independent fire and life safety integrator in the United States.

This latest acquisition reflects Sciens’ ongoing efforts to expand its presence in the Northeast and strengthen its position in the fire and life safety industry.
The addition of OSI to Sciens’ portfolio is expected to enhance the company’s capabilities and support its mission to provide integrated solutions to a wide range of sectors.
