Rev Group welcomes Kathleen M. Steele as new board member

In a recent announcement, REV Group, Inc., a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles, has welcomed Kathleen M. Steele as the newest independent member of its Board of Directors.

This appointment, effective immediately, anticipates the retirement of Donn Viola at the upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders in February.

Kathleen M. Steele’s background and experience

Kathleen M. Steele brings a wealth of experience to REV Group’s Board.

Currently an advisor to Equity Group Investments (EGI), a private investment firm based in Chicago, Steele joined EGI in July 2000 and served as a managing director until June 2023.

Her career also includes a tenure in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch.

In addition to her new role at REV Group, Steele continues to serve on the Board of EagleRidge Energy, an oil and gas development and production company, and on the Investment Committee of Pohlad Investment Management.

Educational and philanthropic endeavors of Kathleen M. Steele

Steele is an alumna of Dartmouth College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics, magna cum laude.

She is actively involved in several educational and philanthropic organizations.

She chairs the Finance Committee and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Sacred Heart Schools Chicago.

Additionally, Steele is part of the leadership council of A Better Chicago, a venture philanthropy fund dedicated to improving educational opportunities for low-income students in Chicago.
