Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Company and ASC Engineered Solutions have combined to form Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation, a new business focused on integrated fire protection, safety, and flow control systems.
The launch brings together two long-established manufacturers serving the built environment. Reliable Automatic Sprinkler was founded in 1920, while ASC Engineered Solutions traces its Anvil heritage to 1850. The combined company said it will build on more than 175 years of American manufacturing, engineering, and customer support.
Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation (RSFC) will provide a broad portfolio covering fire sprinklers, devices, flexible connections, pipe joining, flow control, valves, fittings, structural support solutions, and digital design and planning tools. The company said the offer is designed to support engineers, contractors, distributors, and building owners from specification through operation.
“The built world is changing quickly. Projects are more complex, schedules are tighter, and the built world needs partners who can solve more than one piece of the system,” said G. Jason Hild, chief executive officer of Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation. “Reliable Safety & Flow brings together two strong companies with the scale, expertise, and commitment to innovate around those challenges. We are building on more than 175 years of experience to help define what comes next for safety and flow systems.”
RSFC said existing contracts will remain in effect, with no interruption to current products, specifications, technical support, or sales relationships. Customers do not need to take any action during the transition. The company said reliablesprinkler.com and asc-es.com will remain live throughout the process.
The company said the combination creates one of the industry’s most comprehensive portfolios of connected safety and flow systems, bringing fire protection, flow control, pipe joining, structural support, and digital engineering capabilities under one partner.
RSFC said the business is positioned to support projects across critical infrastructure, water management, commercial construction, healthcare, education, data centers, and energy markets. Its connected systems approach is intended to simplify specification, reduce handoffs, and improve project delivery across fire protection, water infrastructure, flow control, pipe joining, hanger and support systems, seismic solutions, natural gas delivery, and digital performance solutions.
