Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Protect Alarms Security Systems, a family-run security and fire protection company based in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

According to Pye-Barker, this acquisition bolsters its service capabilities in the Northeast and enhances its offerings for commercial customers in the region.

Protect Alarms, founded in 1963 by Albert Taylor, Jr., specializes in fire detection, alarms, monitoring, intrusion detection, CCTV, access control, and other safety systems.

It also operates a 24-hour local monitoring station to promptly respond to emergencies.
