Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Red E Fire Protection to expand its integrated fire protection and life safety services in Nevada, strengthening its presence in the Las Vegas commercial market according to the company.
Pye-Barker Fire & Safety describes is a fully integrated, full-service fire protection, life safety and security services provider in the US.
The company stated that the acquisition builds on its customer care approach and supports the delivery of quality systems in the Las Vegas area.
Red E Fire Protection’s technicians will continue to serve commercial customers in Nevada as part of the enlarged Pye-Barker Fire & Safety network.
Pye-Barker Fire & Safety confirmed that law firm Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough represented the company in the transaction.
According to Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, Red E Fire Protection operates from its headquarters in Las Vegas and provides fire protection services for commercial customers.
The firm’s offering centres on service, inspection and maintenance for fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps and hydrants across its customer base.
Red E Fire Protection also delivers emergency lighting and fire extinguisher services, including inspections, sales and recharges.
These combined services position Red E Fire Protection as a provider of ongoing life safety system support for commercial sites in the area.
