Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has reported the acquisition of Moore Fire Protection, a Seattle-based fire sprinkler company.
According to Pye-Barker, the purchase strengthens its service offering in the Pacific Northwest and follows its broader security services expansion in the region.
The company stated that the acquisition would enable it to deliver combined fire sprinkler, alarm, suppression and security solutions to customers in the Seattle area.
Founded in 1987 by Tracy V. Moore, Moore Fire Protection has operated across Seattle for over 35 years.
The company has focused on fire sprinkler design, installation, inspection and maintenance, working with schools, churches, commercial offices and retail properties.
The firm will now continue operations with support from Pye-Barker, which said its wider resources would enable service continuity and future growth.

Pye-Barker said that operational continuity for Moore’s clients would be maintained under the new ownership.
