PAG expand into EMEA with acquisition of Turner Aviation

Precision Aviation Group, Inc. (PAG), a provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services as well as value-added solutions to the global aerospace and defense industries, has announced its expansion into the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region with the acquisition of Turner Aviation, an aviation MRO services provider based in the United Kingdom.

Impact of the acquisition

The addition of Turner marks PAG’s first facility in the EMEA region and is part of the company’s broader global growth strategy.

With this acquisition, PAG enhances its ability to serve customers in this region by providing expanded local support, faster turnaround times and enhanced capabilities.

Founded in 1954 and headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland, Turner Aviation specializes in the repair and overhaul of a wide range of avionics, components, and fuel systems.

Turner is a UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and EASA Part 145 approved repair station and serves a diverse customer base across the EMEA region.
