Oshkosh’s commitment to LGBTQ+ workplace equality

Oshkosh Corporation, a prominent innovator in purpose-built vehicles and equipment, has recently attained a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI).

This national benchmarking survey evaluates corporate policies and practices pertinent to LGBTQ+ workplace equality​​.

Criteria for evaluation

The CEI assesses companies based on comprehensive criteria across four main pillars.

These include non-discrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families, fostering an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility.

Oshkosh is among 545 major U.S. businesses that have also earned top marks this year​​.

Promoting a people-first culture

Emma McTague, Oshkosh’s Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, emphasized the company’s dedication to a ‘People First’ culture.
