ORR Protection Systems, Inc, a provider of mission-critical fire protection solutions has announced the purchase of all of the business assets of Compass Fire Protection, LLC, based in the Seattle, Washington area.
The acquisition aims to complement ORR’s established alarm, detection, suppression and monitoring portfolio and strengthen their presence in the Pacific Northwest.
Compass Fire Protection’s union sprinkler capabilities in the Puget Sound area also present opportunities for ORR to service its West Region customers in new ways.

It has also been announced that the acquisition will be effective immediately.
