Oklahoma City Fire Department invests in new pumpers from E-ONE

E-ONE, a subsidiary of REV Group Inc., has recently disclosed its engagement with the Oklahoma City Fire Department.

They are set to manufacture four custom pumpers for the department.

The deal was secured via E-ONE dealer, Banner Fire Equipment, located in Oklahoma.

Features highlighting the E-ONE pumpers in Oklahoma

The pumpers E-ONE is constructing for Oklahoma City are designed with the following features:

  • An E-ONE 100” wide Cyclone cab and chassis.
  • An extruded aluminum low hosebed body that has an internal ladder storage.
  • Equipped with a Cummins 455 HP X12 engine and an Allison EVS4000P transmission.
  • Installed with a Waterous CSU 1500 GPM pump and a 500-gallon water tank.
  • They are fitted with state-of-the-art scene lighting.
  • Include Whelen M series emergency lighting with synchronizing capabilities.
  • HAAS alert capabilities have been added for heightened crew safety.

Significance for Oklahoma City’s growth and safety

Being the capital of the state, and its largest city, Oklahoma City Fire Department aims to utilize these pumpers to enhance their services for the expanding populace.
