Fire apparatus acquisition expands NAFECO’s Gulf Coast presence with new Louisiana and Mississippi territory assignment
Fire apparatus acquisition activity in the Gulf Coast market has expanded as NAFECO announced the completion of an asset purchase agreement with Bonaventure Fire and Safety, based in Rayne, Louisiana.
The acquisition includes territory assignment from Rosenbauer for the state of Louisiana and the southern half of Mississippi, giving departments in those regions direct access to Rosenbauer apparatus alongside NAFECO support services.
NAFECO said the acquisition supports its strategy to strengthen fire and emergency apparatus services across the Gulf Coast region.

With the acquisition of Bonaventure’s facility in Rayne, Louisiana, NAFECO said it is positioned to deliver faster and more localised service support across South Mississippi, Louisiana and Eastern Texas.
The Rayne facility will serve as the company’s primary regional service centre for existing and new customers throughout the Gulf Coast market.
