Daylighting, smoke management and ventilation firm Kingspan Light + Air North America (KLA) has partnered with fire safety inspection provider Life Safety Services (LSS) to offer inspection, maintenance and optimisation services for commercial building systems across North America.

Together, the companies say they will provide a more seamless approach to managing installed assets, including maintenance, optimization and ongoing inspection.
For building owners and operators, the partnership introduces a new level of support, enabling inspection, service and maintenance support for installed systems, improved compliance with fire and life safety standards, enhanced system reliability and performance over time and greater visibility into the long-term condition of building assets.
This expanded service offering is designed to help customers proactively manage risk, reduce operational disruptions and extend the lifespan of key building systems.
KLA added that that its broader daylighting portfolio is intended to help maintain consistent access to natural light, supporting occupant comfort and reducing reliance on artificial lighting.
