The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) has finalized the election results from its 57th Convention.
As reported by the IAFF, General President Edward Kelly has been reelected, receiving 226,797 votes.
General Secretary-Treasurer Frank Líma was reelected by acclamation.
The IAFF Elections Committee, General Counsel, and candidates’ observers certified the results.
The convention, which represents over 350,000 members, also confirmed the election of several vice presidents and trustees.
The election saw Mahlon Mitchell elected as the 5th District Vice President with 3,982 votes.
James “Jim” Johnson won the 16th District Vice President position with 1,827 votes.
Scott Marks secured the role of IAFF Canadian Trustee with 18,346 votes.
These elections were part of the broader leadership selection at the convention.
In addition to the contested elections, several positions were filled by acclamation.
General Secretary Frank Líma was reelected without opposition, continuing in his role alongside District Vice Presidents across several regions.
Notable among these were James Slevin for District 1, Mark Woolbright for District 2, and Jay Colbert for District 3, among others.
The acclamation process also confirmed the continuation of current trustees, including Anthony Mejia as Eastern Trustee and Mark S. Ouellette as Western Trustee.
Returning officers in other districts include Andrew Pantelis for District 4, Mike Carter for District 6, and Ricky Walsh for District 7.

Two new IAFF District Vice Presidents were elected by acclamation during the convention.
Michael Glynn will represent District 11, and Chris Ross will take on the role for District 15.
