Hope’s Windows, Inc. has highlighted its range of blast, bullet and fire-rated steel windows and doors, designed to combine high-level protection with architectural flexibility for commercial, institutional and residential projects.
The U.S.-based manufacturer said the systems are tested and certified to meet applicable standards for blast resistance, bullet resistance and fire protection. The products are available in a range of profiles, finishes and glass options, allowing them to be specified for historic renovations, modern construction and other projects where security and design requirements must work together.
Manufactured from solid hot-rolled steel, the windows and doors are built for strength, durability and long-term performance. Hope’s said its steel profiles support narrow sightlines, helping maximize natural light and exterior views while maintaining the required security performance.
The company added that the blast, bullet and fire-rated systems can be customized for project-specific requirements, including oversized configurations and distinctive design details. Fire-rated frames and glass are intended to support evacuation time and help reduce property damage during a fire event.
Potential applications include government buildings, courthouses, embassies, schools and universities, hospitals, financial institutions, high-end residential properties, safe rooms and critical infrastructure facilities.
