Halt! FIRE announced the acquisition of Green Fire on April 23 2026 to establish a new professional division called Halt Industrial.
The company described the transaction as a transition into a fully integrated fire safety provider serving retail consumers and industrial operators.
This partnership marks the launch of Halt Industrial while Halt! FIRE continues to operate as the consumer and retail division.

The relationship between the entities began in 2024 to develop a portable home firefighting product using the proprietary Green Fire formula.
Halt Industrial provides a lineup of firefighting foams, wetting agents, heat barriers, and fire suppressors for professional and institutional customers.
The products are National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) White Book Listed and certified for use in food processing environments.

The acquisition addresses US regulatory mandates to phase out aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) and other per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
