Guardian Fire Protection Services has announced the acquisition of Harris Fire Protection.
As reported by Guardian Fire Protection Services, the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Guardian Fire Protection Services is known for providing comprehensive fire and life safety services, including engineering, design, inspections, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
The company partnered with Knox Lane in January 2024 to support and accelerate its growth objectives.
Founded in 1971, Harris Fire Protection has a strong reputation in the fire protection industry, particularly in special hazard fire suppression systems for commercial and marine industries.
Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Harris Fire Protection’s expertise and team will enhance Guardian’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Scott Agge, Chief Executive Officer at Guardian, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Harris to Guardian and enhance our special hazard and marine fire suppression capabilities.
The Harris team has established a reputation for exceptional service and urgency.”
Guardian will leverage its resources while Harris continues to serve its customers under its existing brand and leadership.
This acquisition is the first since Guardian partnered with Knox Lane, and it highlights the company’s commitment to expanding its service offerings and regional presence.
Agge added: “I am confident that together, we will be even better positioned to deliver best-in-class, comprehensive solutions for our customers.
“This marks our first acquisition since partnering with Knox Lane earlier this year, and we are excited about the many growth opportunities ahead.”
