DripDrop Hydration has opened entries for its 2026 DripDrop Hydration Giveback Campaign, delivered in partnership with the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC), to support volunteer firefighters during wildfire season and periods of extreme summer heat.
The campaign will see 200,000 sticks of DripDrop electrolyte drink mix donated to volunteer fire departments across the United States, with at least 1,000 departments set to receive product donations. Entries are open until noon ET on 30 June.
Firefighters frequently operate in high-heat, high-stress environments while wearing heavy protective clothing and carrying equipment. Without suitable precautions, these conditions can increase the risk of dehydration and heat-related illness or injury.
According to DripDrop, its electrolyte powder is designed to help replenish lost fluids and electrolytes quickly, supporting responders’ physical and mental performance during demanding incidents.

Selected departments will receive either one or two cases of DripDrop electrolyte powder, depending on department size.
To be eligible, departments must be more than 50% volunteer, be legally organized under US state law, and have at least one active NVFC member. A physical shipping address must be provided, as product cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes. Priority consideration will be given to departments that did not receive a donation in 2025 and that respond to wildfires.
