According to Darley’s latest issue of “Inside Darley,” the company achieved over $1 billion in sales for 2024, primarily through its longstanding logistics supply contract with the Defense Logistics Agency.
This contract, first awarded in 2007, continues to play a key role in Darley’s growth.
CEO Paul Darley expressed his appreciation: “Congratulations to our passionate team at Darley Company for all their efforts, and thank you to our amazing customers and suppliers for the ability to support and partner with you.”
Darley hosted its Defense Advisory Board meeting at its Chicago headquarters, gathering experts in military and technology fields.
Speakers included retired Major General Dr. Jocelyn Seng, a specialist in drone technology and Dr. Robert Hamilton, a professor at the Army War College.
Discussions covered various topics, including advancements in drone operations and strategies for bolstering partnerships with organizations like FAMA and FEMSA.
In the fire safety sector, Darley addressed growing concerns over extended delivery timelines for fire apparatus.
The Fire Apparatus Manufacturers Association’s third-quarter report revealed a 16% drop in new orders compared to the previous year, with delivery schedules now stretching into 2029.
Darley assured stakeholders that tactical pumpers and mini pumpers are available for immediate delivery, providing an alternative for departments facing delays.
Darley emphasized the transformative potential of genetic AI during his presentation, calling it the next wave in artificial intelligence development.
“You’re probably into AI and generative AI, but here’s a tip: the next big wave in AI is genetic AI. It’s going to be transformative,” he stated, encouraging professionals to explore this emerging field.
The company also showcased an AI project involving a family connection: a recreated voice message from Paul Darley’s grandfather using AI.
Darley’s recent updates, as detailed in the latest issue of “Inside Darley,” highlighted its 2024 sales exceeding $1 billion and its ongoing partnership with the Defense Logistics Agency.
The Defense Advisory Board meeting addressed topics such as drone advancements and extended fire apparatus delivery timelines.
In addition, Darley pointed to genetic AI as a transformative technology for the future, underscoring its importance for industry professionals.
For immediate solutions, Darley offers tactical pumpers ready for delivery to address ongoing supply chain challenges in fire safety.
