Darley has announced the launch of Darley Data Center, a platform that the company says “delivers a streamlined, intuitive user experience built for making data driven decisions.”

The company, which provides a variety of firefighting solutions, said it helps first responders visualize data, identify trends, and compare department performance though a propriety data tool that analyzes National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) data.

Paul Darley, CEO & Chairman at Darley said: “We’re incredibly excited to offer this powerful platform as a free service to the first responder community.

“The Darley Data Center helps fire departments dynamically visualize their data and compare performance, providing leaders with actionable insights that support effective, informed operations and resource allocation decisions.”

Key elements of the platform, which can be accessed here, include the ability to visualize and compare response times, call volume, incident types, actions taken and call location heat maps.

Users can also visualize resource efficiency, staffing levels, annual trends and cross-department performance.

The move comes just weeks after the company, headquartered in Illinois, announced that it had appointed its first non-family President in its history.
