Dallas Avionics announced on 15 July that the company has entered into an agreement to become a law enforcement (LE) dealer of SureFire, the manufacturer of suppressors, high-performance flashlights, weapon-mounted lights and other tactical equipment.
Dallas Avionics will provide secondary lights and equipment to LE units and other special mission operators.
Dallas Avionics Government Agency Sales Executive Cody Klaehn commented: “SureFire is a proven manufacturer of some of the best equipment on the market.
“Our customers fly in extreme conditions and often on critical missions. Secondary lighting for the tactical flight officers (TFOs) and crew is vital. We are thrilled now to be an approved LE dealer for SureFire products.”
Some of the SureFire products that Dallas will have available to customers include the Aviator light, Maximus headlamp, Stiletto Pro and the UDR-BK.
The Aviator is a dual-output multi-spectrum LED light. It features dual outputs and a secondary color for specific tasks. The UDR features 4,400 lumens and 350,000 candelas.
The Stiletto Pro Dual optics provide 35,000 candelas for long-distance illumination and three selectable, programmable settings with 1,500 lumens of hybrid beam performance on high output.
