The Military Fire Brigade of Ceará marks the 21st anniversary of its Ombudsman’s Office

The Military Fire Brigade of the State of Ceará (CBMCE) has commemorated the 21st anniversary of its Ombudsman’s Office with a ceremony held on February 5th.

The event, which took place in the General Command auditorium, was attended by authorities, military personnel, and employees, all gathered to celebrate over two decades of contributions towards transparency and efficiency within the corporation.

The ceremony’s honor table featured distinguished personalities, including the General Commander, José Claudio Barreto de Sousa, and the CBMCE Ombudsman, Lieutenant Colonel José Edir Paixão de Sousa.

Their presence underscored the importance of the Ombudsman’s Office in the organization’s history and its future.

Honoring excellence and dedication

During the ceremony, special recognition was given to units and individuals who have made significant contributions to the CBMCE Ombudsman’s Office over the past year.

The CBMCE Military College, the Engineering Command, and the Search and Rescue Battalion were honored as the three most praised units of 2023, receiving plaques for their achievements.

Additionally, military personnel and civil authorities who played pivotal roles in the Ombudsman’s Office’s work throughout the year were also awarded.

General Commander José Claudio Barreto de Sousa expressed his appreciation for the collective efforts that have led to the success of the Ombudsman’s Office, emphasizing a continued commitment to excellence and transparency in the years to come.
