Atlantis Fire Protection has acquired Birmingham-based Bama Fire Protection, expanding its fire protection platform in Alabama. Additionally, Bama Fire’s President and Founder, Danny Dickinson, has become a partner of Atlantis Fire.
Dickinson said: “I look forward to now being a partner in Atlantis Fire, and supporting where I can, as we build one of the best-run, fastest growing platforms in the fire protection industry.”
The deal is said to bring Bama Fire Protection, a provider of fire extinguisher and suppression services, into Atlantis Fire Protection’s growing network of fire safety businesses.
Bama Fire will operate alongside Allied Fire Protection, another Atlantis Fire Protection company based in Alabama, while continuing to trade under the Bama Fire brand. Atlantis said the combination would pair Allied Fire’s fire alarm and sprinkler capabilities with Bama Fire’s extinguisher and suppression services, allowing the group to offer a broader range of fire protection services across the state.
